Shipping Policy

All packages are shipped by UPS unless otherwise noted. Shipping rates may be adjusted according to weight. UPS has designated certain areas as "extended" and has an added charge of $1.50. If this is the case with your location we will adjust shipping amounts accordingly. Please be aware when ordering internationally, it may take up to 5 weeks to receive the product and the shipping total from the website may not take into account your location. If changes need to be made, we will notify you and make the changes in shipping rates.

Terms & Policies

We fill all auto-shipment orders before any others.
All preorders will be filled unless our quantities are reduced by our suppliers.
Credit card orders are not billed until the product is ready to ship.
MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY
1. The customer must contact CB Racing Collectibles to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number.
To get your Return Authorization Number send an email to: sales@cbracingonline.com
2. The original invoice must be returned with the merchandise. A printed copy of your e-mail we sent you and or the original invoice in the box must be returned.
3. Customer must return merchandise in its original packaging within 10 days of receipt.
4.Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns, shipping costs and insurance are your responsibility. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages en route. No credit will be issued if the product shows signs of use or abuse.
5. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise for handling.
Shipping costs will not be refunded or credited.
6. After receiving and confirming the condition of the returned merchandise CB Racing Collectibles will credit your account minus 20% restocking fee and shipping costs.
7. No returns of sale or markdown items for any reason other than manufacturers defects.
Cancellation of nine (9) or more preorder items will result in a 10% NON REFUNDABLE deposit due for any future preorders. Cancellation of any preorder item after it is in stock will result in a 10% Restocking Fee.

UPS has designated a $ 5 surcharge for address corrections. If we receive notice of this on our UPS bill you will be billed for these charges.
UPS does NOT deliver to PO Boxes. Please use your street address for all shipping information.
We will make every effort to put as many items as possible in one shipment, but we will also try to ship items in a timely manner to insure you recieve your order quickly.
